CONSENT FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, RECORDS, AND DISCLOSURES ("E-Consent")
Please read this information carefully. You may want to print a copy or retain this information for future reference.
Introduction
You are requesting to be connected with one of our third-party lenders. To proceed with your loan application, the third-party lenders need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). This notice informs you of your rights regarding electronic disclosures, notices, and information. By clicking the link to agree to our terms, you confirm that you have received this E-Consent and consent to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents ("Disclosures").
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records
You may request paper copies of any Disclosures by contacting the third-party lender directly. Lenders will provide paper copies at no charge. They will also retain all Disclosures as required by applicable law.
Scope of Consent
This E-Consent applies to all online interactions with the third-party lender, including those conducted on mobile devices such as phones, smartphones, and tablets. By agreeing to this E-Consent, you allow the third-party lender to process your information and communicate with you electronically during all online interactions. Disclosures may be provided on our or the third-party lenders’ websites, and via email.
Consenting to Do Business Electronically
Before deciding to engage in electronic transactions with third-party lenders, ensure that you have the necessary hardware and software capabilities described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you need the following:
- A PC or MAC compatible computer or device capable of accessing the Internet.
- Access to an email account.
- An Internet Browser that supports at least 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Netscape®, or Mozilla Firefox®.
- A PDF reader, such as Adobe® Acrobat Reader® or Foxit®.
- A printer or a long-term storage device (e.g., your computer’s disk drive) to save copies of the Disclosures.
If you have questions about these hardware and software requirements, contact the third-party lenders directly.
Withdrawing Consent
Your E-Consent for our connecting service and for the third-party lenders’ consideration of your request cannot be withdrawn once given, as it is a one-time transaction. However, if you are connected with a lender, you may withdraw your E-Consent with that lender at any time at no charge. Note that withdrawing E-Consent before receiving credit may prevent you from obtaining credit from the lender. Contact the third-party lender directly if you wish to withdraw this consent. The legal effectiveness and validity of prior electronic Disclosures will remain unaffected.
Change to Your Contact Information
Keep the third-party lenders informed of any changes to your electronic or mailing address. You can update your information by logging into the lender’s website or by sending a written update by mail.
